Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we currently only ship to the continental USA. For us, it’s very important to do things right. We want to make sure we can deliver our products to our customers flawlessly.
Shipping costs
USPS First-Class Package can ship at the following postage rates: $3.99 for shipping under $39.99 and free shipping on orders over $39.99 (inclusive).
Order processing time
After an order has been placed with us, the order is usually processed within 1-2 business days. Ordering on weekends and/or public holidays will be dispatched the following business day. We always try to prepare your order as quickly as possible.
Order processing deadline
Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday. Orders after 5:00 PM (EST)on Friday will be processed and shipped next Monday (holiday extension).
Too long order processing time
If you purchase a product without special notes and the order processing time exceeds 10 days, please contact customer service immediately. After we verify this, we will reschedule your shipment and reimburse you with a $5 coupon.

Excessive shipping time
If the shipping time has passed 60 days and you have not received your order, you can log into your account and you will find a tracking message with all the contact information for the freight company. Then, we will reschedule your shipment or refund you.
Customs duties and taxes
Since we currently only ship to the continental USA, your order is not subject to customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges. As the recipient, you are solely responsible for the excise tax on the goods and we are not liable for any taxes.
Goods lost or damaged
We take every precaution to keep your parcel safe in transit, but if something happens along the way, we are not responsible for that. You can contact us, and we will then help you contact the logistics company.
