Returns policy

Not happy with your purchase? Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you wanna submit refunds or exchanges, please note the following

  • The item has not been used.
  • The item is in the condition that the customer received it in, and all the parts of the product as well as the original product package and manual are included in the return shipment.
  • The item has been repackaged in its original or an equivalent shipping box. If your items were delivered on a pallet, please keep them for a potential return.
  • If it's just that you don't like or don't want our products and want a refund or return, unfortunately, we don't accept returns for such reasons. If you insist on returning or exchanging the items, the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer. In addition, we do not charge for relisting the product.

How to return

Please email contact@freewoodhut.com within 30 days of receiving your order if you wish to return it. And you should note that we will not handle any returns or exchanges without prior communication.  

When returning an item we ask that you enclose a copy of the tax invoice or order confirmation email and returns form as proof of purchase.

For your own peace of mind, we recommend that you carefully repackage your item to avoid any damage during transportation. Please retain the proof of postage until we have confirmed your refund has been processed.

Order cancellation

  • Cancellation - Unshipped

You can cancel your order for a full refund before the order is set up for shipment. Cancellations should be made within 30 minutes of the time you place your order. After 30 minutes, we cannot retrieve the order. 

  • Cancellation - Shipped

You can cancel your order once it has been set up for shipment, but it will need to be returned after the customer receives the package and we will refund within 1-2 business days after receiving the package.

Order cancellation processing time

Once we receive your submitted cancellation request, we will process it for you as soon as possible. We will process your canceled order within 12 hours. 

Refunds

We will transfer the full amount of costs within 1-2 business days after receiving the returned articles. We will transfer the refund through the same method as the payment was made. If this doesn’t work, we will contact you.

Damaged, defective items

You may remove the item from the box to review and inspect it. If any damages or defects are found, please provide us with an unboxing video. They must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the order. Once verified, we will arrange to reship the product with the shipping cost borne by the seller.
